Our Christmas trees are selected based on quality and great care is taken in protecting your tree before and during transit. As Christmas trees are a natural product it is normal to have variations, however every effort has been made to ensure the trees meet the specifications outlined in the product description.

Due to the nature of the real Christmas trees refunds or returns will not be offered unless your Christmas tree is damaged in transit.

By signing for the delivery you are accepting that your tree is in good condition.
